Return & Refund Policy

At Evesmen Merch, every product is made especially for you through our Print-on-Demand partners. Because each item is custom-produced, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless the issue is due to a production error on our supplier’s end.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so here’s how it works:

 

Eligible for Replacement

We will replace your item at no extra cost if:

  • The product you received is wrong in size, color, or design
  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or poorly printed
  • You received a different item from what you ordered

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and include:

1. Your order number

2. Clear photos of the issue

3. A short explanation

Our support team will review your case and process a replacement if it qualifies.

 

Not Eligible for Return/Replacement

We cannot accept returns or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color differences due to device screens
  • Wrong address provided during checkout
  • Courier delays after dispatch

 

No Refunds

Because every item is made-to-order, we do not issue refunds.

Eligible issues will be resolved through replacement only.

> In approved cases, store credit may be issued instead of a refund. Store credit is non-transferable and redeemable on future purchases only.
